In February 2024, Buhay Creative brought together creatives from different disciplines through a live, community-centred conversation hosted at Through Habit Cafe. The session was a collaboration between Katha Pilipinas and Through Habit Cafe, created as a space for creatives to share stories, reflect on their journeys, and connect across fields.
The Facebook and Instagram Live session was led by Daianne Moreno-Mempin of Katha Pilipinas and Rhenwyn Gabalonzo of the Theater Actors Guild and Danica Magat of Through Habit Cafe. Together, they facilitated an open and thoughtful exchange on creative life, drawing insights from experiences across the arts, performance, and cultural work.
More than a talk, Buhay Creative reflected a shared commitment to community care and dialogue. By centring lived experience and informal exchange, the session highlighted the value of creating accessible spaces where creatives can be seen, heard, and supported.
