Who are your beneficiaries?

We partner with the Pastorelle Sisters of New Manila to hand out meal packs to our community of disadvantaged and the homeless in Quezon City. Please check here to know more.

For disaster relief and urgent donations, we have partnered with Forest School Philippines, Animal Kingdom Foundation, and the Office of the Vice President from 2020-2022. Moving forward, all disaster relief efforts will be coursed through Angat Buhay NGO

For crochet items and pet art, we set aside a portion of the sales to be part of our collective donation to the dogs of Mandaluyong Animal Shelter through their volunteers Help MAS Dogs. Please check here to know more.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through GCASH, Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer. Details will be sent to your email should you decide to use this method.

For Bank Deposit/Gcash/Bank Transfer method, kindly note that your reservation will only be valid within 24 hours once we confirm your order. To secure your reservation, we encourage you to to deposit/transfer your payment immediately and send us the payment confirmation (e.g. photo of the deposit slip), together with your name, via email.

We ship nationwide and worldwide! 

How much are the shipping rates?

For Metro Manila, we have a standard rate of Php 120. For the rest of the Philippines, the range is between Php 120-260 depending on your location. Shipping rates will be computed automatically upon checkout. 

When will you ship my order?

All our products are handmade and handcrafted from all over the Philippines. While we try to make our shipping time as regular as possible, there are times when we give a bit of elbow room for our creatives to source and create your pieces. 

Please give us 1-2 working days to confirm your order. Once your payment is confirmed and the order is ready, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Shipping process:

  • Orders are processed on weekdays. If an order falls between Friday to Sunday, we will ship on Monday.

Shipping and Delivery:

Metro Manila and Luzon: within 3 working days

  • Provincial: within 5-7 working days*
  • Custom orders: 2 weeks*

*Schedules start from the date of pickup by the courier. You will receive an e-mail or SMS with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

You may choose to have your order picked up in the same day using Grab or Lalamove, to your account.

Can I still change my order?

Orders are processed instantly upon checkout. Should you change your mind, please contact us (name, contact no., email and order no.) via kathapilipinas@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note that changing an item prior to delivery is still subject to availability.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes! Message us at @kathapilipinas or kathapilipinas@gmail.com if an item is sold out and we can check if they can be made on demand. There are some items that are marked as available and described as open for pre-order.  There is also a notes section where you can indicate the details you wish for us to take note of.

What are your Returns and Exchange Policy?

Due to COVID-19, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. Our health and safety are of utmost importance. Rest assured that your order has been sanitized before shipment. For further safety measures, we advice that you disinfect your parcel immediately before taking it into your home.

What is your pickup location?

We're currently based in New Manila, Quezon City, Philippines. Should you wish to have your order picked up, we send you the exact pick-up location upon confirming your order.

We are not liable for any loss or damage once the package is with the courier.

We assure you that the quality of the item/s sent to you has been carefully inspected.
