OUR FOUR TENETS

Our bottom‑up approach collects on‑the‑ground data from our community, turning lived experience into evidence. We channel these insights to policy thinkers and allied bodies so they can craft empathetic, targeted, and strategic programs. By bridging grass roots realities with national decision‑making and global policies, we co‑create systems and solutions that reflects the needs of independent artists and creatives.

ARTS MANAGEMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS

We design programmes, trainings, and workshops grounded in Arts Management that respond to the real gaps, needs, and lived realities of artists and creatives. Our approach integrates skills development, mentoring, management support, and partnerships so creatives don’t just learn, we thrive.

FAIR MARKET ACCESS

We provide retail access and income models where we curate, and creatives collaborate, co-create and co-design products. We offer works of independent artists and artisans to the market that are accessible and reasonably priced to the target audience.
It’s not just about showcasing products; it’s about building shared value.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

We work closely with organisations, initiatives, and grassroots groups across a wide range of advocacies. By understanding their needs, we mobilise our creative community to design and deliver initiatives that support real causes channelled through the Katha Community Impact Fund.
